Patrick Welch, PharmD, BCACP

Dr. Welch is an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Family Medicine.  After graduating from the University of Utah College of Pharmacy, he completed a two year ambulatory care pharmacy residency.  Dr. Welch currently works in Family Medicine managing chronic disease states under collaborative practice agreements.  He spends most of his time helping people living with diabetes including management of insulin pump therapy and CGM.  He enjoys using the latest technology to help patients live their healthiest lives.
